Obligations of the Applicant for Representation:
- Utilize a technical expert team for support – at least one civil engineer.
- Have a suitable location as an office in the area of activity.
- Financial capability to prepare an initial stock of materials to provide up-to-date services to customers and to replenish it monthly.
- Utilize a marketing team of at least one person.
- Provide a guarantee check for the required credit amount.
- Ability to achieve an average monthly sales target.
Obligations of Iran Technical and Specialized Concrete Clinic:
- Timely delivery of products (according to specifications) and detailed engineering services exclusively in the area of activity.
- Provide catalogs and samples of required products.
- Offer technical and sales consultations.
- Provide products on a one-month credit basis against a guarantee check.
- Transfer of execution technology.
- Organize necessary seminars.
- Support the company in exhibitions.
