Advantages
Lightweight and Easy Handling: Fast installation; reduced manpower.
Cost Saving: Reusable up to 100 times; less timber and labor required.
Precision and Clean Finish: Smooth surfaces reduce finishing works.
Structural Efficiency: Increases slab span, optimizes dead load.
High Durability: Does not deform, corrode, or absorb water.
Eco-Friendly: 100% recyclable material.
Fast Stripping: Non-stick surface, easy demolding.
Flexible Design: Modular system, suitable for various slab engineering layouts.

Applications
Residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
Parking structures
Hospitals, schools, malls, hotels
Infrastructure projects (stations, airports, public halls)
Long-span slabs requiring height reduction or aesthetic soffit

Instructions for Use
Placement: Place modular waffle formwork boxes on a prepared slab panel grid, supported by rebar mesh and scaffolding/permanent shoring.
Connection: Secure modules using interlocking clips or panel arrangement.
Pouring Concrete: Pour concrete in two phases (first base, then upper slab), ensuring full coverage around formwork boxes.
Demolding: Remove formwork carefully after concrete achieves adequate strength (typically 2–3 days).
Cleaning & Storage: Clean promptly after removal; stock in shaded, dry areas.

Storage & Transport
Stack formwork units flat.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Protect against heavy mechanical stress during transport.
