DEZOIL 446
DESCRIPTION
DEZOIL 446 is a solvent based mould release agent containing additional components to enhance resistance to corrosion on steel surfaces. It is designed and formulated to function as a bond breaker between formwork or moulds and freshly placed concrete. DEZOIL 446 will allow air to escape from the interface during concrete placing and vibration. This release of air ensures high quality fair-faced and stain-free concrete.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The optimum method of application is by conventional spray equipment. However, a brush or roller can also be used.
For better surface finish, any excess liquid remaining on the surface after application should be mopped or wiped off. Allow 1 - 3 hours to dry before pouring concrete
COVERAGE
Wooden Formwork ~ 1 L per 40 – 50 m2
Metal Formwork ~ 1 L per 50 – 70 m2
Note: For effective stripping of forms, do not exceed recommended dosage. This can cause formation of a fine dust on the surface which can alter the final finish.

STORAGE & SHELFLIFE
The shelf life is 12 months if unopened, stored free from frost, moisture and direct sunlight. Store in a dry area between 5ºC and 40ºC.
HEALTH & SAFETY
This product is Flammable. Keep away from heat and open flame. Keep container closed. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid prolonged and repeated contact with skin. If used in confined areas, observe the following precautions to prevent hazards of fire or explosion or damage to the health:
1-Circulate adequate fresh air continuously during application and drying. 2-Use fresh air masks and explosion proof equipment.
3- Prohibit all flames, sparks, welding and smoking.
