Types and method of choosing water stop:
Waterstops are generally divided into two categories: flat waterstops (to be used in executive seams) and perforated waterstops (to be used in expansion joints), which can be wall or floor based according to the needs of the project.
After choosing the waterstop, its width and thickness are selected according to the height of the structure and the thickness of the concrete.
Installation Method:
• Place the flat waterstop in the place where the concrete break is expected, so that half of the width of the waterstop is placed in the initial concreting and the other half in the subsequent concreting.
• The procedure is the same for the installation of the holed waterstop, with the exception that the hole of the waterstop is placed exactly in the predicted place of the Anisat seam.
• Use clamps designed for this purpose to connect and fix Waterstop in structures.
• Each meter length of waterstop requires 5 clamps to connect to the armature, which are placed as 3 upper clamps and 2 lower clamps.

Connecting two ends of Waterstop:
It is possible to weld the two edges of the waterstop to each other by hot and cold welding methods.
1- Hot welding: There are two ways in this method:
• Butt welding, which is done by a sword element.
• Overlap welding, which is done by an ax element.
2- Cold boil:
In this method, first, the treads of 30-50 cm are separated from the two edges of the waterstop with a cutter, and then the two sides of the waterstop without treads are coated with PU glue, and a weight of about 50 kg is placed on the waterstop for 8-12 hours. After the time has passed, install the waterstop in its place.
Packing:
Waterstops of this company are offered in 25 meter rings. (Up to 100 meters can be supplied according to the order)
Maintenance:
The declared resistances of green concrete scent production waterstops will be stable for 6 months if stored in the original packaging and by pulling a tent (tarpaulin) to protect it from sunlight, oxygen and ozone.
