BETOSEAL 3160
Colorless coating as a glossy and waterproof material
Description:
BETOSEAL 3160 is a milky coating based on emulsion resins as a colorless coating for gloss and waterproofing of concrete floors and walls, cement, brick, drywall and stone.
Application and uses:
• Anti-dusting of concrete surfaces in public warehouses, covered dry materials or light traffic, such as spare parts warehouses, dry food warehouses, electronics warehouses and household appliances warehouses.
• Covering all types of brick, stone and concrete facades as a protective, waterproof and glossy material
• As a polishing and waterproofing agent for wood and parquet
• It is suitable for prefabricated walls
• Polishing and waterproofing travertine stone
Advantages of BETOSEAL 3160:
• Easy implementation
• Soluble in water, safe and can be used in places that are close to flame.
• Free of harmful petroleum solvents with minimal odor
• BETOSEAL 3160, due to its high adhesion and elastic properties, penetrates into the porosity and loose areas of materials and becomes a surface stabilization agent and does not allow loose particles to be released as dust in the environment.
• BETOSEAL 3160 has an alkaline pH, and in this sense, it combines with the loose and free alkalinity of the concrete surface and creates a sticky layer on the surface after drying.
• Suitable varnish for surfaces that are exposed to sunlight.
• Surface resistant against wear and dust
• The resulting surface is resistant to dandruff with BETOSEAL 3160 coating.

• Do not run in the vicinity of dust.
• Before implementation, the surfaces that have water sitting behind should be repaired.
How to use:
• It has a high concentration, so it cannot be applied alone on the surface.
• Dilute it by adding water and consume it by testing.
Facade cover:
• Mix as a sealer on stone, brick and cement surfaces in proportion (one measure of BETOSEAL 3160 + one to one and a half measures of water).
• The resulting mixture can be applied with a brush or paint sprayer on facade surfaces in two layers for 8 hours.
• Do not use in places where it is used in such a way that the surface is constantly in contact with petroleum solvents.
Floor covering:
• As wax on stone, mosaic or parquet
• Surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned with a damp cloth.
Pour about 2 to 5 grams of diluted BETOSEAL 3160 on the floor surface and then rub BETOSEAL 3160 with a wet, lint-free cotton cloth on the surface until the substance is spread on the surface and then spread it on the surface with a damp cloth (commonly used to wipe the glass). Until the surface is completely shiny.
• It is suggested to test a part of the surface with BETOSEAL 3160 coating before applying the entire surface.
Cleaning:
• Equipment and places contaminated with BETOSEAL 3160 should be cleaned with water before drying.
