Bolt and rebar planting mortar with high adhesion
Product description:
Dezofix 502 is an expanding material with a cement base and fine-grained stone materials, which becomes a paste after mixing with water and increases in volume after settling in the desired location, and completely covers concrete and rebar and causes adhesion. Rebar is installed.

Packing:
Dezofix 502 is offered in 25 kg bags or 5 kg buckets.
Procedure:
First, clean the inside of the hole or hole and remove any dust, and water the inside of the hole completely before applying, and make sure that the inside of the hole is wet when planting and applying mortar.
Then pour the Dezofix 502 powder into a suitable container and add about 4 liters of water for every 25 kg and mix thoroughly. To fill holes with large dimensions (about 10 cm and above) such as anchor boxes or industrial foundation anchor installation chambers, coarse stone materials should be added at the same time.
Then pour the mortar until three-fourths of the hole is filled inside it and then install the bolt or rebar by pressing inside it.
Note, you must consume the prepared Dezofix 502 within 15 minutes. If the bolt is installed, after the implementation of planting is completed, fix it using plaster (to prevent movement). Do not add any materials such as cement, sand and other chemical additives to the mortar.

Consumption amounts:
The specific weight of this product is about 2100 kg per cubic meter. The amount of consumption is calculated according to the volume of the hole.
Caution and safety:
Like all cement base products, Dezofix 502 grout may also cause damage. In case of possible contact with the eyes, immediately wash it with water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor. In case of contact with the skin, wash it carefully.
