Installation Guidelines
Prepare the substrate: ensure it is clean, dry, and load-bearing
Apply primer/bonding resin as specified for the system
Impregnate GFRP fiber with resin, lay by wrapping or laminating technique
Remove air pockets/distribute resin evenly using roller
Allow to cure as specified by resin manufacturer
For chopped GFRP, admix evenly in concrete or mortar matrix
Always follow the detailed installation manual and safety datasheet provided with the product.
Quality Assurance
Complies with ASTM, ACI, and EN standards
Each batch is rigorously tested for mechanical and chemical performance
Certificate of Analysis (COA) and test reports available upon request
