Description:
Dezopaint 2006 This product is formulated based on thermoplastic acrylic resin and based on the environmental conditions of the country. Adhesion, abrasion resistance and high drying speed of this paint on cement and asphalt surfaces are significant. This paint has pigments and fillers with adequate light reflection, and as a result, this product is used in marking roads, parking lots, airport runways, and generally in traffic routes.

Surface preparation:
The desired surface The desired surface, which is often asphalt and concrete, must be free from any contamination, for this purpose, methods such as applying wind pressure, washing with detergents and thinners can be used. In order to achieve higher adhesion on asphalt and cement surfaces, sand particles, dust, crushed and loosened pieces of cement and asphalt should be removed from the surfaces.
Conditions of coloring environment:
The best temperature of the environment and work surface during painting is between 10-40 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the environment during painting should be at least 3 degrees Celsius higher than the dew point of the environment in order to prevent the formation of water droplets on the surface.
Color application method:
The color is well mixed and thinner is added to it to reach the appropriate viscosity. While applying, mix the paint inside the tank repeatedly and spray by adjusting the distance between the nozzle and the surface.
Painting equipment:
- Spray without air (Air Less) with a nozzle diameter of 0.013-0.015 inch
- Air spray (conventional) with a nozzle diameter of 1.5-2 mm and a pressure of 5-3 atmospheres
- Spraying by road sprayer cars
Safety tips:
- It is recommended to avoid continuous inhalation of the solvent vapors of this paint in closed spaces and use appropriate safety equipment as much as possible and wash with plenty of water in case of contact with skin and eyes.
- This paint is flammable and should be kept away from heat, sparks and flames.
