Dezotile 1000 is a cement-based mortar with special polymer additives with expansion and sealing properties with the possibility of creating a smooth and clean surface. This product has special chemical additives that increase the quality, non-cracking, non-filling and a wide range of colors. Its features include high stability and color ability .Dezotile 1000 can be used in bathrooms, toilets, balconies, stores, kitchens and shopping malls due to its waterproof properties, non-cracking in thicknesses of 0 to 8 mm and high tensile strength. The use of this product is suitable for all types of tiles, stones, ceramics, granite and mosaics.

Method of Use:
The location of the mortar must be cleaned of any materials that reduce or lack adhesion. 20 kg of Dezotile 1000 powder is mixed with 7.5 liters of clean water in a bucket using an electric mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The material should be left alone for 5 minutes to completely remove the air bubbles. Then mix the ingredients again for 15 seconds until the mixture is ready to use.
The mixture should be poured on the work surface and guided with a trowel or plastic comb in the joint or grouting spaces. Excess grout should be removed and cleaned. For this purpose, after at least twenty minutes, we clean the work surface using a wet sponge. After the surface is completely dry, the place is polished with a dry cloth.
The prepared mixture should be used within an hour. If more than one hour has passed, it should not be used. Care should be taken regarding the amount of mixed water. Using excess water causes cracking, separation and color change. The operation surface should not be used for 24 hours after completion of the work.
Usage conditions and restrictions:
The ambient and work temperature should be between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius. Avoid adding any additives to it. Avoid placing more than ten bags on top of each other in the warehouse.
Packing:
This product is produced and presented in 20 or 25 kg bags.
Tool cleaning:
Supplies and tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
Inventory:
Store in a covered environment away from sunlight and high temperatures. Failure to pay attention to the correct storage method will cause damage to the product or its container.
Safety tips:
As with all chemical products, be careful to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, skin and food (this instruction applies to its steam until it dries). In case of contact with skin and eyes, clean it immediately. If accidentally swallowed. Take medical measures. Close the containers after use and refer to the product safety brochure for information on special storage or disposal of the remaining materials.
