Epoxy coating resistant to chemicals and oil waste
Description:
The coating is based on epoxy resin and polyamine hardener formulated to have excellent adhesion to surfaces such as concrete, metal, stone, etc. Due to its ideal mechanical and chemical properties, this coating is used for all surfaces exposed to chemicals, bases, mineral acids, most solvents, diesel, gasoline, water, oils, and salts.
Applications:
Due to its high compressive and abrasion resistance, it is used in various industries including military, petrochemical, chemical, electronics, packaging, pharmaceutical, industrial plants, textiles, cold storage, power plants, slaughterhouses, airports, workshops, sports halls, and hospitals. It is completely anti-dust.

Application Method:
The two components are thoroughly mixed with a suitable mixer to ensure uniformity. The prepared coating is poured onto the desired surface and spread uniformly using a trowel. Fine bubbles resulting from mixing are removed using a bubble removal tool, repeating this process three times with a 20-minute interval.
Safety Precautions:
It is recommended to avoid continuous inhalation of the paint fumes in enclosed spaces and use appropriate safety equipment. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
Storage:
Store EPOXY FLOOR 707 in a closed environment, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. In tropical areas, it should be stored in a ventilated place. Improper storage can lead to product damage or container damage.
Shelf Life:
One year under standard conditions.
