DEZOSIVE 1055 P
High-strength repair mortar for formwork or concrete floor repairs according to EN 1504, in areas with high rebar density and extensive damage
Description:
Dezosive 1055 P is a ready-to-use, modified cement-based repair mortar that becomes pasty to fluid after adding the necessary water.
Dezosive 1055 P is a non-shrinking mortar with low permeability and long durability.
This mortar does not contain metal granules and is free of chlorine ions.
Dezosive 1055 P is designed for repairs up to 7 cm in one step, using one-sided formwork according to EN 1504 and Guide No. 320.1R–2019 of the International Concrete Repair Association, in extensive repairs where manual application is difficult, time-consuming and not well compacted. Due to its good fluidity, this mortar penetrates well behind the rebar and fills the entire area in places where the damage extends to the back of the rebar.
Uses:
• Repairs of damaged concrete in floors and factories with thicknesses of more than one centimeter in warehouses, factories, parking lots
• Repairs of concrete with extensive damage and depth of more than 5 centimeters in walls and columns
• Extensive repairs with less thickness in walls and columns should be carried out using an injection pump.
• Repairs of areas where manual or spraying is not possible due to the great depth or density of the rebar.
• Structural repairs of concrete under slabs in a situation where formwork is done from below and placement is done from above from the embedded locations.
Properties:
- The non-shrinkage of the mortar ensures good bonding to the concrete substrate and the transfer of forces in structural repairs.
- There is no need for substrate preparation (Primer), which speeds up the implementation operations.
- High mechanical and compressive mortar
- Thermal properties compatible with the substrate concrete
- Low permeability
- Creep compatible with the substrate concrete
- Possibility of implementation in one stage up to a thickness of 7 cm
- High implementation speed
- Ease of implementation

Application method
Substrate preparation:
The desired surface should be clean and free of any contaminants, and weak and weak concrete points should be identified and destroyed.
These areas should be cut to a depth of 10 cm and care should be taken to have sharp corners and squares as much as possible. Also, a minimum thickness of 10 mm should be maintained around the repaired area.
The desired surface should be damaged and have at least 5 mm irregularities with 20 mm intervals.
If contaminated and loose surfaces are encountered, it is better to coordinate the implementation with the workshop supervisor so that possible cleaning and cutting can be done.
If you see rusty reinforcements, first make sure that they are in good condition, then remove the rust by brushing or sandblasting to reveal a clean steel surface.
Reinforcements can be further protected by special coatings. In cases where the reinforcements are extensively corroded, they should be replaced.
Water impregnation:
Completely saturate the desired surface by washing with water, then collect the excess from the surface.
Mixing:
The best way to make Dezosive 1055 P mortar is to use a low-speed drill. Pour 3.5 liters of water into the mixer and, while the mixer is running, add Dezosive 1055 P dry powder to the water continuously. After the powder is completely added to the water, continue stirring for 3 minutes to create a uniform mixture without large bubbles. If the above mixture does not have the desired consistency, water can be added gradually and stirring continued for another 1 to 2 minutes. Obviously, the amount of water required is affected by the relative humidity and ambient temperature.
Application:
The prepared mixture can be applied manually or by spraying, and in case of manual application, the trowel should be pressed onto the mortar surface to ensure complete contact between the mortar and the previous surface. For this purpose, use a plastic or wooden trowel, but do the final finishing with a metal trowel.
The best time for the final finishing is when fingerprints hardly remain on the surface of the repair mortar.
Good curing is especially necessary in hot or windy conditions, and for this purpose, Dezocure D-550 or nylon coating can be used.
Coating:
The volume of the mixture obtained from a 25 kg bag of Dezosive 1055 P and 3.5 to 4 liters of water will be 12.6 liters, which can be used to cover one square meter with an average thickness of 12.6 mm.
Storage:
Away from rain and direct sunlight, and without excessive pressure, it can be stored for up to one year.
Safety tips:
Like other cement mortars, abundant water should be used for washing in case of contact with skin or eyes.
Quality approval:
All products supplied by Iran Concrete Technical and Specialized Clinic Company comply with international quality standards.
