Description of product:
TRANSPARENT POOL WATERPROOF is a colorless and two-component insulation, based on polyurethane resin, which is designed to solve the problem of sealing with the ability to apply on tiles, ceramics and mosaics. This product can be used for sealing surfaces covered with ceramic and mosaic tiles.
This product has an easy and economical implementation and does not require removing ceramic tiles and does not change the appearance of the work. This product has elastic properties, it does not crack and does not roll. It is resistant to ultraviolet rays and pool chemicals such as chlorine and alkali. It does not change color, it does not corrode, and it is easy to implement and an economic process.

Procedure:
Surface preparation: The surface must be clean and free of any coating, pollution, dust, moisture and curing materials. After emptying existing pools, you should wait at least seven days to ensure that the seams are dry. If the strapping materials are unsuitable or destroyed, strapping should be performed with suitable materials, preferably with special strapping mortar, and wait until the curing period is over. Before applying the paintless coating on the prepared surface, a special primer layer of 75 to 150 grams per square meter should be applied on the work surface. After 4 hours of primer application, TRANSPARENT POOL WATERPROOF coating is applied as the last layer on the surface.
Preparation of the coating mixture: First, mix component A for three minutes until it is well homogenized. Then add component B to it and stir for 3 to 4 minutes until a uniform and homogeneous product is obtained.
Application method: apply the prepared product in one layer using a brush, brush or spray on the work surface. The prepared mixture should be used within 1 hour of mixing. After applying, you should remove the water from your pool for 10 days so that the coating dries well.
Implementation conditions and restrictions:
• Execution direction: the same direction as the primer execution
• Surface humidity: completely dry
• Amount of primer used: 75 to 150 grams per square meter
• Number of coating layers: one layer
• Coating consumption: 100 to 200 grams per square meter
• Use time between primer and coating: 4 hours
• Suitable tools for application: epoxy roller, brush, suitable spray
• Suitable application temperature: 5 to 35 degrees Celsius
Important points:
The surface must be protected against rain, moisture, impact and mechanical load for 24 hours during and after implementation. After applying the coating, allow 10 days for the coating to dry well. After draining the pool, wait 7 days until the surface is completely dry. Avoid applying the coating before the tape is completely dry.
Packaging and storage:
• Packaging: 6 kg set
• Storage: Store at a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius and away from direct sunlight, frost and fire.
• Storage period: 6 months in the original packaging
Cleaning tools: Clean and wash tools with cellulose thinner immediately after use.
