Description of product:
BETOBOND SA 12, based on modified polymers suitable for making adhesive mortars on concrete surfaces, and has been produced as a waterproof material and a strong adhesive interface for repairing concrete and cement surfaces.
Application and uses of BETOBOND SA 12:
• Preparation of mortar and coatings for sealing water sources and swimming pools, sewage plans, treatment plants, concrete surfaces of walls and floors of various factories, warehouses and parking lots, and infrastructure for flooring.
• Adhesive agent in cosmetic putty powder for smoothing exposed concrete surfaces and underlaying epoxy, acrylic and polyurethane paints.
• Preparation of adhesive mortars with sand and cement, stone soil for ceramic and stone installation
• Reinforcement of powder ceramic adhesive
• Reinforcement of strapping mortars
• Preparation of stone putty to fill stone pores after installation or during stone cutting
• Preparation of sticky mortar for smoothing the concrete surface instead of using metal mesh

Surface preparation:
• Concrete and cement surfaces should be removed from any environmental pollution, grease, dust and decay.
• Surfaces against sunlight in hot weather should be covered with a tent.
• Open deep and surface cracks with mechanical means.
How to make primer:
Preparation of primer according to the formula of one measure of BETOBOND SA12, three measures of prepared water and the resulting solution is applied on the concrete surface with film before application.
How to make mortar lining for repairs and coating all over the country:
Preparation of repair mortar according to the formula: one measure of BETOBOND SA 12+ one or two measures of water (the mixture and solution obtained as malt water in dry mortar ready for the formula) 0 to 5.2 mm sand 15 kg + cement 5 kg + poly fibers Propylene 10 grams (add as much as needed. Preparation of malt should be mixed for one hour according to the amount of work.
• This mortar can be used as a lining coating with a maximum thickness of 15 mm on concrete and brick surfaces in a traditional way.
• For greater thicknesses, the operation is repeated with a time interval of at least 4 hours.
• The above-mentioned mortar can be used for local repairs and for implementation of national standards.
How to make local and global softening mortar:
• Preparation of softening coating according to the formula (raw silica rock three parts + cement one part) instead of water from the solution (one part BETOBOND SA 12+ one or two parts water) as needed to prepare the softening mortar.
• The resulting mortar with a maximum thickness of 3 mm is applied on the lining surface after primer with a metal trowel and smoothed.
• This mortar can be used in two layers for sealing on weak points in water sources for 24 hours.
• In places where it is necessary to level the surface, immediately after execution, you can lay down mesh or fiberglass on the surface and trowel so that the mortar comes out of the mesh openings and creates a coating on the surface.
• The lining or top layer can be used alone for sealing.
• Acrylic or fiberglass mesh can be used locally to increase the safety factor.
• In order to seal water sources and sewage without using acrylic mesh, the above primer, liner, primer and cashew mortar are used respectively.
• After applying the coating, the surface is kept away from sunlight for 5 days, and after 10 days, the surface can be used for drainage.
Exposed concrete repair and surface preparation for painting:
• For places where the range of destruction is large and deep, the lining mortar is used in several stages and high smoothing.

Stone installation mortar:
A sticky mortar is prepared from a 30% solution of BETOBOND SA 12 with water in sand and cement for installing stone on the floor, the amount of consumption is one kilogram per square meter with a thickness of 2 mm.
Consumption:
• About 800 gr of BETOBOND SA 12 is used for each square meter with a thickness of one centimeter.
• 300 gr of BETOBOND SA 12 is used for each square meter in sizes of 3 mm.
Reinforcement of powder ceramic glue:
From a 50% solution of BETOBOND SA 12 with water as an agent reinforcement is used in powder glue.
Stone putty:
From a 30 to 50% solution of BETOBOND SA 12with water and powder soft stone and white cement, putty to fill the pores of the stone travertine is used. The amount of consumption depends on the porosity of the stone it is 100 grams to 200 grams per square meter.
Packaging:
BETOBOND SA 12 is supplied in 8 and 20 kg containers.
Storage:
Store in a dry and cool environment away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life:
It can be used up to 12 months in a cool and covered environment and in the original packaging.
