Method of Use:
Surface preparation:
The work surface must be dry, firm and clean, free of any dust, weak concrete, oil and rust should be removed from the surface.
Any water leakage should be dry with appropriate methods such as instant mortar be made The working surface must be moistened 12 hours before use, but there should be no free water on the surface.
Procedure:
Use in plaster: one cubic meter of washed river sand mix 350 kg of cement together. In a container of 120 kg
Mix water with 5 kg of LX BETOBOND product. Then the liquid part is added to the powder part and mixed well. Mixed it can be applied on the prepared surface using a trowel.
Making filler mortar: one cubic meter of washed river sand mix 350 kg of cement together. In a container of 110 kg mix water with 4 kg of LX BETOBOND product. Then the liquid part is added to the powder part and mixed well. Now fill the desired area with ready-made mortar.
Making mortar for covering pools and tanks: mix one cubic meter of washed river sand with 250 kg of cement and 3 kg of LX BETOBOND product and add water to it to ensure the necessary efficiency. Apply the prepared mixture on the surface with a trowel.
Making mortar to repair the surface with vibration conditions: mix one cubic meter of washed river sand with 350 kg of cement and 10 kg of LX BETOBOND product and add water to it to ensure the required efficiency. Apply the prepared mixture on the surface using appropriate equipment to the required thickness. After 24 hours, the surface is suitable for light and pedestrian traffic. Processing and final traffic will take place after 28 days.
Bonding layer: mix the LX BETOBOND product and apply it on the surface using a brush, roller or spray. Apply new concrete before it dries. The amount of consumption is 150 to 200 grams per square meter.
Equipment cleaning:
Used equipment and supplies should be washed with water immediately after use. If the mortar dries on the cleaning equipment, it will be possible only by mechanical methods.
Warnings and limitations:
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Prohibition from execution during frost and rain.
• After implementation, protect against direct sunlight, frost, rain, traffic and extreme humidity for 24 hours.
• Do not apply the coating in air and surface temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius and above 30 degrees Celsius.
