Description of product:
DEZOBUILD LC is a super-lubricant of the third generation based on polycarboxylate ether technology modified with polymer. has been DEZOBUILD LC has the ability to reduce concrete mixing water by 20% with constant slump, which increases the compressive strength in the initial and final ages as well as the durability of concrete.
How it effects:
DEZOBUILD LC has an effect mechanism in two ways as follows:
• Creates a membrane on the surface of cement particles and the spatial barrier caused by the thickness of the absorbed layer prevents the accumulation of cement particles.
• Creation of repulsive force between cement particles due to the absorption of polymer particles and the formation of charges of the same name.
Application and uses:
DEZOBUILD LC for use in all types of concrete, including pumped concrete, precast concrete, concrete containing pozzolan , prestressed concrete, underwater concreting, exposed concrete and It is suitable for decoration, flooring concrete, industrial concrete, etc.

Consumption :
• DEZOBUILD LC can be used at the rate of 0.3 to 1.1% by weight of cement compounds.
• The amount of consumption is determined according to the mixing plan and required characteristics.
• It is suggested that in order to determine the consumption of DEZOBUILD LC and its effect on the properties of fresh and hardened concrete, such as performance, retention of performance, grip and initial and final strengths, tests should be carried out in the workshop with existing materials and conditions.
• Ready to use and can be mixed with water in any ratio.
• It can be added to the mixer at the same time as mixing water.
• Do not add directly to cement and dry compounds.
• DEZOBUILD LC can be added to the batching mixer or to the track mixer at the end of the mixing process. In this case, mix for one minute per cubic meter at high speed.

Storage:
It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5 to 40 degrees Celsius away from direct sunlight. If it is frozen, raise the temperature of the ingredients to melt and then mix with a mixer.
Shelf life:
It can be stored for up to 12 months if kept in the recommended conditions and in the original packaging.
Safety:
DEZOBUILD LC is a low-risk material. It does not harm the skin under normal conditions. But as a chemical compound and following precautions to avoid contact with the skin and eyes, protective gloves and glasses should be used, or Wash with water from direct contact with skin or eyes.
