DEZOFLOW 601

High resistance cement base grout with fast resistance

Description:

601 DEZOFLOW is a fluid, solvent-free polymer concrete that has been designed to withstand active loads and has a wide range of applications.

601 DEZOFLOW is suitable for thicknesses between 10 to 150 millimeters. This product is delivered in a three-part form and can be easily mixed on-site to produce a fluid mortar.

Applications:

Rail and cable connections

Bases for new and old machines

Filling voids under chassis and base plates

Filling structural holes and concrete trenches

Installation of industrial equipment with constant and active pressure

Stabilizing dynamic machinery on foundations

Placing reinforcement

Equipment with acid or chemical solution spills

Adjusting concrete surfaces under flooring

Advantages:

No need for a primer

Excellent fluidity

Long-lasting performance

High tensile, flexural, and compressive strength

Excellent adhesion to concrete and steel

Quick installation and rapid strength development

High resistance to active loads and chemicals

No shrinkage and can be applied on damp surfaces

Packaging:

601 DEZOFLOW is available in 20 kg bags.

Properties:

Working time: 70 minutes at 25°C, 40 minutes at 40°C

Tensile strength: 25 MPa at 7 days

Compressive strength: 110 MPa at 7 days

Flexural strength: 37.5 MPa at 7 days

Density: 2100 kg/m³

Hardening: 7 days at 25°C, 3 days at 40°C

Composition:

This product consists of epoxy resin, bisphenol A, liquid hardener, and special aggregates, which form a very fluid mortar after mixing and is easy to use.

Chemical Stability:

601 DEZOFLOW has excellent resistance to most corrosive chemicals, including:

Dilute and concentrated alkalis

Most dilute acids

Oils and petroleum products

Ammonia

Formaldehyde

Salt solutions

Mineral oils, vegetable fats, etc.

Surface Preparation:

Similar to other epoxy applications, proper surface preparation has a direct impact on the execution and durability of the product. Concrete surfaces must be firm, stable, clean, and free from loose particles, paint, oil, grease, form release agents, and curing compounds. Rough surfaces are preferred. Metal surfaces must be prepared, free from rust, scale, and corrosion

**Mixing:**

Never attempt to divide the materials. Also, do not change the amount of resin. Use a mixer to thoroughly mix it. First, add the activator to the base resin and mix it. Make sure all the activator liquid is added to the resin. Before adding the aggregate, mix it for a minute. Then slowly add all the powders to the mixture and mix until smooth and uniform malt is obtained. Note that overmixing can introduce air into the malt.

**Pouring:**

Immediately after mixing, proceed to pour it into the prepared location and pour the malt in a way that it covers the minimum distance. For longer distances, pour the malt from a higher height to provide the necessary pressure for the malt to move. Ensure that the malt or concrete pouring location is not completely blocked and there is a way for air to escape. Pour the malt continuously and only from one side. Before opening the mold, make sure the malt has fully set (at least 6 hours), and if the thickness of the malt or concrete pouring exceeds 01 millimeters, it must be poured in multiple layers. The second layer should be poured 6 hours after completing the first stage.

**Protecting Work Tools:**

After completing the work, wash the work tools with solvent number 0 and if there is any hardened malt, remove it with mechanical tools.

**Storage:**

Store this product away from direct sunlight and prevent the storage temperature from increasing. In tropical regions, the installation of air conditioning equipment is essential. If the above conditions are observed, the product's useful life is up to one year. Failure to follow the proper storage method may damage the product or its container. For information on the storage method, consult the technical department of the Concrete Technical and Specialized Clinic.

**Safety Notes:**

As with all chemical products, care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, skin, and food. In case of contact with the skin and eyes, clean them immediately. If accidentally swallowed, seek medical attention. Close the containers after use and refer to the product safety brochure for information on special storage or disposal of the remaining materials.

**Quality Certification:**

All products supplied by the Concrete Technical and Specialized Clinic of Iran are in accordance with international quality standards.
