DEZOFLOW 650

DEZOFLOW 650 as a type of epoxy-based mortar or concrete that is designed to withstand active loads and has a wide range of applications. It is suitable for thicknesses ranging from 10 to 150 millimeters and is available in three-part packaging, which makes it easy to mix and produce a fluid mortar in the workplace.

The applications of DEZOFLOW 650 include:

Rail and cable connections

Base plates for new and old machines

Filling empty spaces under chassis and base plates

Filling structural holes and cavities in concrete

Installing industrial machinery with constant and active pressure

Dynamic machine stabilization on foundations

Armature installation

Equipment that leaks acid or chemical solutions

Regulating concrete surfaces under flooring

Points:

  • No need for a primer
  • Excellent fluidity
  • Long-lasting performance
  • High tensile, flexural, and compressive strength
  • Excellent adhesion to concrete and substrates
  • Quick installation and rapid strength gain
  • High resistance to active loads and chemical substances
  • Lack of shrinkage and suitability for application on surfaces exposed to moisture.

Composition:

DEZOFLOW 650 is composed of epoxy resin, bisphenol A, liquid thin hardener, and specialized aggregates, forming a highly fluid mortar after mixing for easy application

Chemical Resistance:

DEZOFLOW 650 has excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemicals, including:

Dilute and concentrated alkalis

Most dilute acids

Oils and petroleum products

Ammonia

Formaldehyde

Salt solutions

Mineral oils, vegetable fats, etc.

Application Procedure:

Surface Preparation:

Concrete surfaces must be sound, stable, clean, and free of any coatings, paint, oil, grease, form release agents, and curing compounds.

Rough surfaces are preferred.

Metal surfaces must be prepared, free of rust, scale, or contamination.

Mixing:

Never divide the components. Do not change the resin quantity.

Use a slow-speed mixer to mix the components.

First, add the hardener to the base resin and mix until the liquid hardener is fully incorporated.

Before adding the aggregates, mix for 1 minute.

Slowly add all the powder components and mix until a smooth, uniform mortar is obtained.

Excessive mixing can introduce air into the mortar.

Pouring:

Immediately after mixing, pour the mortar into the prepared area, starting from a point closest to minimize the travel distance.

For longer distances, pour the mortar from a higher elevation to provide the necessary pressure for flow

Curing:

Allow the mixture to cure for at least 6 hours before opening the mold.

If the thickness of the mixture is more than 80 mm, it may be necessary to pour the mixture in multiple layers, with the second layer being poured 6 hours after the first layer.

Tool Protection:

After completing the work, wash the tools with water and dry them thoroughly.

If the tools come into contact with hardened grout, use mechanical means to remove it.

Storage:

Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

The product should be stored in a temperature range of 25 to 35°C.

In hot climates, it may be necessary to install air conditioning systems.

The product has a shelf life of up to 1 year if stored properly.

Improper storage can cause the product to degrade, become damaged, or be contaminated.

Safety Notes:

Handle the product with care, as it can cause skin and eye irritation.

In case of skin or eye contact, wash the affected area with water and seek medical attention if necessary.

If ingested accidentally, seek medical attention immediately.

After use, close the containers tightly and consult the safety instructions for disposal of any remaining material.

Quality Certification:

All products supplied by the Technical and Specialized Concrete Clinic in Iran comply with international quality standards.
