DEZOFLOW 2500
**Description:**
Dezoflow 2500 is a ready-to-use powdered product that, when mixed with water at the workshop, transforms into a very fluid grout without shrinkage.
**Applications:**
Dezoflow 2500 is formulated to be used in a paste-like or fluid form, making it easy to use for leveling, grouting, or filling trenches.

- Water consumption: 4 liters for 25 kilograms in fluid form, 3.5 liters for 25 kilograms in paste form
- Density: 2230 kilograms per cubic meter in fluid form, 2250 kilograms per cubic meter in paste form

**Surface Preparation:**
Surfaces intended for grouting should be scratched to separate potential coatings and expose aggregates. Avoid using heavy hammers, picks, or similar tools that may break the aggregates but leave them in place. Surfaces should be free from oil, grease, dust, paint, processing materials, and other contaminants that could reduce adhesion. Wet the surfaces before grouting to prevent the mortar from absorbing water. The surfaces should be moist but free of standing water. Ensure that holes for screw or bolts are empty and free of water or special grease, and if needed, use compressed air to clear them.
**Mixing:**
Ensure that the interior surfaces of the mixer are moist but free of standing water. Measure the water and pour it into the mixer, then slowly add Dezoflow 2500. Continue mixing for 3 to 5 minutes until a homogeneous, fluid, smooth, and bubble-free mortar is obtained.
**Pouring:**
Immediately after mixing, pour the grout, always starting from a point that has the least distance to the surroundings. Pour the grout continuously and, if possible, create the necessary height to ensure movement pressure.
**Storage:**
Store this product in a covered place away from sunlight, rain, and on pallets. Avoid excessive pressure. The product has a shelf life of approximately 12 months if stored under suitable conditions and in the original packaging.
**Important Notes:**
The temperature of the mortar and objects placed within it should be between 5 to 35 degrees Celsius. Do not increase the amount and temperature of water as it can lead to excessive fluidity of the mortar, causing water segregation. Dezoflow 2500 should be poured in thicknesses ranging from 10 to 80 millimeters. For thicknesses less than 10 millimeters, consult the technical department of the Concrete Technical and Specialized Clinic.
Usage Amounts:
Each 25kg bag of Dezoflow 2500 fills 12.9 liters of space.
78 bags of 25kg Dezoflow 2500 are required to fill 1 cubic meter in the fluid state.
Precautions and Safety:
Like all cement-based products, Dezoflow 2500 can be hazardous.
In case of eye contact, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
Wash skin contact areas thoroughly.
