DEZOFLOW 2600

High strength ,non shrink cementitous

Construction gruot – G2

Description:

GeoFlow 2600 is a ready-to-use powder product that, when mixed with water on-site, becomes a highly fluid and non-shrinking mortar.

Applications:

GeoFlow 2600 is formulated to be used in either a paste-like or fluid consistency, and can easily be used for leveling, grouting, or filling cavities.

Advantages:

Non-shrinking

Adjustable consistency (with water)

Predictable and defined performance

Excellent adhesion to steel and concrete

Rapid strength development, even in fluid form

Waterproofing for concrete

Packaging:

GeoFlow 2600 is available in 25 kg bags.

Specifications:

Water demand: 4 L per 25 kg for fluid consistency, 3.5 L per 25 kg for paste consistency

Density: 2230 kg/m³ for fluid, 2250 kg/m³ for paste

Free expansion: 2-4%

Permanent expansion: 0-0.4%

Compressive strength (paste): 295 kg/cm² at 3 days, 365 kg/cm² at 7 days, 600 kg/cm² at 28 days

Flexural strength (fluid): 6.95 MPa at 28 days

Tensile strength (fluid): 4.04 MPa at 28 days

Water penetration: Less than 10 mm

Surface Preparation:

Surfaces to be exposed to grouting should be roughened to remove potential loose layers and reveal aggregates. Avoid using heavy hammers or air tools that may cause aggregates to break while remaining in place. Surfaces should be free from oil, dust, paint, curing compounds, and other contaminants that reduce adhesion. Wet the surfaces to prevent them from absorbing grout but ensure they are moist without free water. When installing screws or anchor rods, ensure the holes are clean and free from water or oil, and use compressed air if needed to clear them. Ensure that column base plates and screws are clean and free from grease, grime, and paint. Adjust and secure the installation equipment. If necessary, remove spacer plates and fill them slightly to facilitate removal. Ensure a tight and waterproof formwork to prevent grout leakage and movement.

Mixing:

Ensure that the internal surfaces of the mixing equipment are moist but without free water. Measure the water quantity and pour it into the mixer. While mixing, slowly add Dezoflow GP and continue mixing for 3 to 5 minutes until a homogeneous, smooth, soft, and bubble-free mortar is obtained.

Pouring:

Ensure proper surface preparation before pouring, allowing for adequate space for expansion and contraction. Monitor the surface for any signs of moisture to prevent premature drying. Maintain a wet surface to facilitate the necessary hydration for proper grout formation.

Use Dezoflow grouts according to the manufacturer's instructions. Dezoflow 2600 grout should be poured onto a damp surface to ensure proper adhesion and to allow for the grout to be ready for finishing and smoothing. In cases where water absorption is not possible, use Dezocure to aid in the curing process.

Storage:

Store the products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and ensure proper ventilation. Avoid excessive heat. The shelf life of the product is approximately 12 months if stored correctly in its original unopened packaging.

Important Notes:

Temperatures and humidity levels should be maintained within the range of +5 to +35 degrees Celsius. Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures and fluctuations, and ensure that water does not freeze or overheat to maintain its properties.
