Description:
Dezoflow GP is a ready-to-use powder product that, when mixed with water on-site, becomes a highly fluid and non-shrinking mortar.
Applications:
Dezoflow GP is formulated to be used in either a paste-like or fluid consistency, and can easily be used for leveling, grouting, or filling cavities.

Packaging:
Dezoflow GP is available in 25 kg bags.
Specifications:
- Water demand: 4.2 L per 25 kg for fluid consistency, 3.5 L per 25 kg for paste consistency
- Density: 2230 kg/m³ for fluid, 2250 kg/m³ for paste
- Free expansion: 2-4%
- Permanent expansion: 0-0.4%
- Compressive strength (paste): 295 kg/cm² at 3 days, 458 kg/cm² at 7 days, 600 kg/cm² at 28 days
- Flexural strength (fluid): 4.95 MPa at 28 days
- Tensile strength (fluid): 4.04 MPa at 28 days
- Water penetration: Less than 10 mm
Surface Preparation:
Roughen the surfaces to be grouted to remove any loose layers and expose the aggregates.
Clean the surfaces of any oil, dust, paint, curing compounds, and other contaminants.
Dampen the surfaces to be grouted, but without any free water.
Ensure the anchor holes are clean and free of water or oil.
The column base plates and anchor bolts should be clean and free of grease, oil, and paint.
Ensure the formwork is secure and watertight.
Mixing:
Ensure the mixer's internal surfaces are damp but without any free water.
Measure the required amount of water and add it to the mixer.
While the mixer is running, slowly add the Dezoflow GP and mix for 3-5 minutes.
Placement:
Start pouring the grout immediately after mixing, always from the point closest to the edges.
Pour the grout continuously and, if possible, create the necessary head to provide flow pressure.
Dezoflow grouts can be used with various injection pumps.
Cover the exposed surfaces with damp burlap and keep it wet.
Storage:
Store the product in a covered area, away from direct sunlight and rain, on pallets.
The shelf life is around 12 months if stored properly in the original bags.
Important Notes:
The temperature of the grout and the items placed within it should be between +5°C to +35°C.
Do not increase the amount or temperature of the water.
Dezoflow GP is suitable for thicknesses between 10-80 mm.
Avoid any unnecessary vibration or additional operations.
Do not re-temper the Dezoflow GP under any circumstances and avoid exceeding the specified dosage.
For producing large volumes, use a mixer, and for mixing one bag of grout, use a drill and paddle mixer.
Consumption Rates:
Each 25 kg bag fills 12.9 liters of space.
For fluid consistency, 78 bags of 25 kg are required to fill 1 cubic meter.
Precautions and Safety:
Like all cement-based products, Dezoflow GP can be harmful. In case of eye contact, immediately rinse with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Wash skin thoroughly if contact occurs.
