BETOFLOW 310

Epoxy grout with high resistance and no shrinkage

Product description:

BETOFLOW 0is a substance based on solvent-free epoxy in the form of three components (C, B, A) in the following two types:

Type 1: with a grain size of up to 1 mm for grouting up to 3 cm thick

Type 2: with grain size up to 5.2 mm for grouting up to 10 cm.

Application and uses of BETOFLOW 310:

• Grouting under machines that have constant vibration.

• Grouting of gas compressors, crushers, petrochemical industry machines and installation of stone cutting equipment and cranes

• Rail grout in heavy industries and power plant generators

• Grouting boxes, installing bolts, sealing water and sewage valves

• Installation of column page that needs quick use

• Suitable for reinforcing columns and foundations

• Our grouting between the concrete column and the metal casing

• Repair of concrete floors in heavy industry factories

Benefits:

• High compressive, bending and tensile strength at early ages

• Resistant to oil and chemicals

• Resistant to shaking and vibration of the device

• Excellent adhesion to metal and concrete without shrinking and separating from the surface

• Suitable for quick-use grouting

• Has psychic and self-aligning properties

Note: The mentioned numbers are tested and confirmed in the manufacturer's laboratory conditions. Therefore, in case of sensitivity and the need to measure figures in workshop conditions, the said tests should be done in the workshop and the results should be extracted and the consumer should be the owner of the action.

How to prepare, build and execute:

Installation of anchor bolts: If the casing of the bolts needs to be grouted, it is necessary that the casing is free of any pollution, dust, grease and water. Before grouting under the surface, it is necessary to fill the casings separately and then grout the surface in the second step.

Surface preparation:

• Before grouting, the concrete surface should be relatively smooth so that there is no obstacle in it there is no grout flow path.

• It is suggested that the concrete surface by operations CHIPPING below and any looseness of the surface should be removed. Must it should be noted that the use of a high power tool is due to the possibility of avoid creating cracks on the foundation surface.

• Grouting should be done after 28 days of curing of the original concrete.

• The surface of the metal should be clean and free from surface pollution and rust.

• If there is a long delay in grouting after metal cleaning (sand ballast), epoxy primer should be used to prevent rusting.

• The molds used are watertight, resistant to pressure during grouting.

• Cover with compatible mold oil or nylon cover to facilitate mold separation.

• In order to create pressure in the grouting area and better flow of grout under the plate, use BOX HEAD at a height of 50 to 100 mm above the plate in the entrance section.

• The height of the mold on the other side should be at least 25 mm higher than the plate and the distance of the molds in the direction parallel to the flow of grouting should be a maximum of 25 mm from the column plate.

• To make grout, pour component B into the container containing A and mix well to obtain a homogeneous composition.

• In the second step, powder C is slowly added and the mixing operation is performed at the same time and continued until a homogeneous grout is obtained.

• When mixing, use low speed mixers without turbulence to prevent air from entering.

• At the time of implementation, a sharp increase in the internal temperature of the grout should be prevented.

• BETOFLOW 310 grout should be applied uniformly and continuously in one step through the head box.

• It is suggested that the proper internal temperature of the grout is between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.

• Shade around the grouting area and try not to let the temperature of the grouting environment exceed 35 degrees Celsius.

• The internal temperature of the grout can be maintained by keeping the grout components cool before application.

• If the temperature increases and since the type of reaction is exothermic, the heat is intensified and the possibility of cracking or separation from the surface during cooling is high.

• The amount of consumption is calculated according to the specific weight of BETOFLOW 310 and the execution volume.

• In bulky grouts, it is necessary to use suitable tools so that grouting can be done as soon as possible and in one step.
