DEZOFLOW 600
Expanding plasticizing admixture for cement
grout and concrete
Description:
Dezoflow 600 is an expanding additive that compensates for the natural shrinkage caused by cement drying.
Dezoflow 600 is produced in the form of powder, and in addition to the expander, it also contains concrete lubricants, which makes it possible to make grout mortars and cement compounds with lower water-to-cement ratios, thus increasing the final strength. .
The maximum amount of expansion caused by the use of Dezoflow 600 occurs before the initial setting of the cement.
Applications:
Making mortars without shrinkage use in filler injection grouts
Packing:
Dezoflow 600 is available in 750 gram cans or 15 kg bags.
Attributes:
Color: brown/gray powder
Chloride content: free of chlorine according to BS 5075
Nitrite content: No nitrite
Freezing point: None
Flammability: non-flammable
Amount of consumption: 500 grams per 100 kg of cement
Expansion properties:
Dezoflow 600 is usually used in cases where we intend to compensate for the settlement caused by cement shrinkage. Dezoflow 600 can be used to connect concrete and steel surfaces, such as planting machine bases and protecting pre-tensioned cables.
The maximum amount of expansion occurred in about 1 to 2.5 hours after mixing it in the cement environment, which will be different depending on the temperature of the environment. Using Dezoflow 600 in cement slurry will cause volume expansion up to 3.25% and in sand-cement mortar with a ratio of 1:1 will cause expansion up to 2%.
How to use:
First, pour water into the mixer, then add cement and continue stirring until the cement mixture is uniform. Add Dezoflow 600 and sand (if present in the mixing plan) to the mixing medium and continue stirring for another 2 minutes.
Consumption amounts:
Dezoflow 600 is usually used at the rate of 0.5% of the weight of cement and is compatible with all types of Portland and quick-setting cement. It should be noted that the ratio of water to cement in mortars made with Dezoflow 600 is lower than usual, and the use of larger quantities of water causes the risk of sand settling in cement-sand mortars, as well as soiling the surface.
In cement slurry - it will follow water.
Inventory:
