Description:
Dezoflex 707 one-component mastic is an elastic sealant based on bitumen rubber, which dries naturally and then has high resistance to heat and weather conditions.
Indications:
- Can be used in vertical and horizontal seams.
- Sealing of water supply channels.
- Sealing of concrete sidewalks, bridges, roofs and asphalts.
-Seams between buildings on the roofs.

Instructions for use:
Preparation of surfaces: All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of any loose and sticky particles. A wire brush can be used to clean the surface. Then clean all the seams using dry compressed air.
Seam condition:
- Approximate dimensions of seams should be as follows.
- Width: 1 cm, depth: 1.5 to 2 cm
- Width: 3 cm, depth: 4 to 5 cm
To heat:
Heat the solid mastic in a water bath or in a special container with indirect heat to a temperature of 60-80 degrees Celsius until the material becomes soft.
Procedure:
We put Dezoflex 707 sealant mastic into the seams with a trowel, spoon or hand. When using mastic in situations where the water pressure is high, it is recommended to use Backing Rod and hemp strips.
Cleaning:
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use.
Important recommendations:
Do not heat above 140 degrees Celsius.
Dezoflex 707 mastic is not suitable for contact with oil and fuel.
