Description:
Dezoflex FR-225 mastic is a sealant based on coltarpolymer and special fillers that is poured hot and is resistant to petroleum solvents.
Indications:
- Concrete expansion joints in runways and areas of airports and parking lots, floors of gas stations, garages and repair shops (aircraft hangars), floors of fuel, oil and military equipment warehouses, military treatment plants.

Instructions for use:
Seam specifications:
The minimum depth of the seam should be 10 mm. For expansion seams, the ratio of width to depth is 1 to 1.5. For executive seams, the ratio of width to depth is 1 to 2.5.
How to use:
The work surface must be free of any grease, dust and moisture. For this, you can use wind pressure and a wire brush.
Then we heat the mastic in a double-walled pot indirectly and stir it constantly so that the temperature does not rise too much. The temperature required for the fluidity of the mastic is 160 degrees Celsius.
If a double-walled boiler is not available, it is possible to heat the oil and continuously control its temperature, and put another container inside the oil tank and use indirect heat to apply heat to the mastic.
Attention:
The application of mastic should be done at a temperature above +5 degrees Celsius and in dry weather without wind. The temperature of the mastic when it is poured into the joint should be around 140 degrees Celsius. The joints should be filled evenly and its tolerance limit should not be more than 3 mm on the surface under the work. Also, Dezoflex FR-225 mastic should be poured in a way that does not create bubbles.
