Two-component sealant based on polysulfide
Description:
DEZOFLEX PS is a two-component product, based on polysulfide, with high flexibility, for filling and sealing seams.
Indications:
• Suitable for use in vertical and horizontal seams
• Expansion joints of structures
Filling seams in gas plants, petrochemical plants, gas stations, refineries, airports, ports and chemical factories.
• Sealing in prefabricated concrete

Method of Use:
Surface preparation:
The surface must be free from all weak materials, dust, mold oil, paint, mud, etc. If needed, PS PRIMER must be used. The necessary depth should be adjusted using joint filler. The depth should not exceed the width of the seam.
Procedure:
Stir components A and B at low speed for 2 to 3 minutes until a homogeneous and uniform mixture is obtained. The depth of the mastic must be adjusted using joint filler to avoid excess consumption of the product. It is better to use special mastic for better adhesion.
Packaging, duration and storage conditions:
• Set of 3 or 30 kg.
• 12 months in original packaging.
• Store in a dry environment at a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius. Protect from high heat and frost.
Dosage:
1 kg of DEZOFLEX PS mastic, depending on the dimensions of the seam, will fill the area specified in the table below. Each liter of DEZOFLEX PS is equivalent to 1.45 kg.

Equipment cleaning:
Used equipment and supplies should be washed with industrial solvents immediately after use. If the mortar dries on the cleaning equipment, it will be possible only by mechanical methods.
Warnings and limitations:
• The depth of execution should not exceed the width of the seam.
• The depth of mastic application in the seam should be adjusted using polyethylene backer rod or similar material.
• Avoid contact with skin.
• Avoid running in rainy and frosty conditions.
• After application, until hardening, protect against frost, rain, traffic and extreme humidity.
Avoid applying mortar at temperatures below 5°C and above 40°C.
• For 24 hours, prevent any heavy traffic on the applied mortar.
Safety tips:
Avoid contact with eyes and skin and wash your hands after use. In case of contact with eyes, skin or swallowing, consult a doctor immediately or refer to the safety section of the data sheet.
Close the lid of the container when not in use and keep it out of the reach of children.
Maintenance:
